Privacy Policy.
Scope
This policy describes how the Tenzro Foundation handles information when you interact with the Tenzro Network — the website, the foundation-operated RPC and verification endpoints, the desktop and command-line clients, the faucet, and the model, agent, and bridge services.
The Tenzro Network is open infrastructure. Many of the interactions described below produce information that is recorded on the Tenzro Ledger and is therefore public by design. We highlight where that is the case.
Information collected
We process the following categories of information:
- Decentralized identifiers. Tenzro DIDs and the public keys, controller bindings, and credential tiers associated with them.
- Public addresses. Wallet addresses for the Tenzro Ledger and bridged chains.
- On-chain activity. Transactions, balances, settlement receipts, governance votes, provider registrations, and other actions recorded by consensus.
- Web telemetry. IP address, user-agent string, referring page, and request paths captured by the foundation-operated web endpoints.
- Contact information. Email addresses and message contents when you write to a foundation address or open a support request.
KYC documentation submitted to third-party verifiers is not collected by the foundation; the network records only the resulting credential and tier.
How information is used
We use the information described above to operate the Tenzro Network — routing requests, verifying signatures, enforcing rate limits, paying providers, settling transactions, and producing aggregate metrics. We use contact information to respond to your messages and to notify participants of material changes to network policies.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
On-chain transparency
All data recorded on the Tenzro Ledger is public. This includes decentralized identifiers, public addresses, balances, transactions, settlement receipts, governance proposals, votes, and provider listings.
Anyone running a node, querying the public RPC, or using a block explorer can observe this information. We do not have the ability to erase data from the ledger. If you wish to keep an activity confidential, do not record it on chain.
Third-party services
The Tenzro website is hosted by Vercel. Foundation-operated RPC, verification, MCP, and A2A endpoints run on Google Cloud Platform. The faucet, the bridge adapters, and the cross-chain message routes interact with external networks operated by third parties.
Each provider processes the request and connection metadata required to deliver the service. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
The tenzro.com website uses a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for session state and security. We may use privacy-preserving analytics to measure aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies and we do not deploy advertising pixels.
Children's privacy
The Tenzro Network is not directed at people under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has interacted with a foundation-operated service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Data retention
Ledger data is retained indefinitely as part of the network's state. Server logs and telemetry collected by foundation-operated endpoints are retained for the period necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations — typically no longer than twelve months. Contact correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold — including those provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. These rights apply to data held in foundation-operated systems; they do not extend to data recorded on the public ledger, which we cannot modify.
Requests can be made to privacy@tenzro.com. We may need to verify your control of a decentralized identifier or email address before acting on a request.
