The Tenzro Foundation is a non-profit organisation and the steward of Tenzro Network. It looks after the protocol and network primitives, the code repositories and the documentation, and it is the governing body for TNZO.
What the Foundation does

Protocol and primitives
Maintains the Tenzro protocol and network primitives, published as open source under Apache 2.0.Repositories
Owns and maintains the code repositories for the node, CLI, SDKs, MCP servers and related tools.Documentation and tools

Governance
Decided on chain.
Protocol parameters, treasury grants and upgrades are proposed and voted on chain, weighted by stake. The Foundation stewards the process; holders and operators decide.
Permissionless
Anyone can take part.
Anyone can become an operator, a developer or a user of Tenzro Network. The technology is open source, and no permission is needed to run a node, build an application or use the network.

Tenzro Network progresses with its partners and developers: individual developers and the open-source community, and commercial partners such as Tenzro Labs, which makes onboarding frictionless for operators of every background and experience. Tools for onboarding, payments and TNZO are built by the Foundation, independent developers and partners.
