Terms of Service.
Acceptance
By accessing the Tenzro website, by running software that connects to the Tenzro Network, by holding TNZO, or by otherwise using foundation-operated services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the Community Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Definitions
- Tenzro Network — the open protocol and platform connecting humans, agents, and providers.
- Tenzro Ledger — the settlement component of the network, recording balances, identity bindings, and verifiable receipts.
- TNZO — the native asset used for transaction fees, provider payments, staking, and governance.
- Identity — a Tenzro Decentralized Identity Protocol decentralized identifier, optionally bound to credentials, delegation scopes, and an auto-provisioned multi-party-computation wallet.
- Foundation — the Tenzro Foundation, which stewards the public network and operates the reference endpoints.
Eligibility
You must be at least sixteen years old to use the services. You must not be located in, or organised under the laws of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be on any restricted-party list maintained by an applicable authority.
Account and identity
The Tenzro Network does not maintain user accounts in the traditional sense. Participants are identified by decentralized identifiers and authenticated by their cryptographic keys. You are responsible for safeguarding the keys that control your decentralized identifier and any associated wallet, and for all activity carried out under your identity and any agents you delegate authority to.
Use of TNZO
TNZO is the native asset of the Tenzro Network. It is used to pay transaction fees on the Tenzro Ledger, to settle payments for inference and security services, to stake for validation and provider roles, and to earn rewards for the same. Holders may participate in on-chain governance using TNZO.
The Tenzro Network is currently in a pre-alpha testnet phase. TNZO issued on the testnet has no monetary value. Nothing on the website or in any foundation channel constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and TNZO is not offered as an investment vehicle.
No warranty
The Tenzro Network is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The network is experimental and operates on a testnet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tenzro Foundation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data. Network availability, finality, and bridge throughput are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tenzro Foundation and its affiliates, contributors, and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the network — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Tenzro Foundation and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the network, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Intellectual property
The Tenzro protocol source code is published under the Apache License 2.0. Use of the source code is governed by that licence. The Tenzro name, the Tenzro logotype, and the foundation's other trade marks remain the property of the Tenzro Foundation; use of these marks requires written permission, except for nominative references that accurately describe interoperability with the network.
Termination
The Tenzro Foundation may suspend or terminate access to foundation-operated services where required to protect the network or to comply with the law. The open network itself is permissionless and cannot be terminated by any party. Provisions relating to no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law survive any termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including disputes about its existence, validity, or termination — will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules in force at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration is Singapore; the tribunal will consist of one arbitrator; the language is English.
Modifications and contact
The Tenzro Foundation may modify these terms. Material amendments will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
