Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tenzro Network, Tenzro Ledger, associated services, websites, applications, and protocols (collectively, the "Services") provided by the Tenzro Foundation ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited

3. Description of Services

Tenzro provides decentralized infrastructure for the AI age, including:

  • A Layer 1 blockchain settlement layer (Tenzro Ledger)
  • Multi-VM execution environments (EVM, SVM, DAML)
  • AI model marketplace and inference routing
  • TEE-based security and confidential computing
  • Decentralized identity (TDIP) and payment protocols
  • Developer tools, SDKs, and documentation

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. TNZO Token

TNZO is the native governance token of Tenzro Network. By using TNZO, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • TNZO is a utility token used for gas fees, staking, governance, and network operations
  • TNZO is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument
  • The value of TNZO may fluctuate and you may lose your entire investment
  • You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your TNZO tokens
  • We do not guarantee any particular price, return, or utility for TNZO

5. Wallet and Private Keys

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and credentials. You acknowledge that:

  • We do not have access to or control over your private keys
  • Loss of private keys may result in permanent loss of tokens
  • We cannot recover lost or stolen tokens
  • Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activities
  • Manipulate markets, engage in fraud, or make misleading statements
  • Attack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the network
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Harvest data or personally identifiable information without consent

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Services

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TENZRO FOUNDATION, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

  • Loss of tokens, funds, or assets
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data breaches
  • Errors in smart contracts or protocol vulnerabilities

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Tenzro Foundation and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Tenzro software is open source and licensed under the MIT and Apache-2.0 licenses. All trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of the Tenzro Foundation.

You may not use Tenzro's trademarks or brand assets without prior written permission, except as permitted by the open-source licenses.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through official channels. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Swiss arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
