Capital Intent

Regulated capital allocation over tokenized assets.

A signed, expiring authorization to acquire, exit, rebalance, hedge, or yield a basket of tokenized assets — subject to regulatory regime, KYA, and per-leg constraints. The capital-markets analog of an AP2 Intent Mandate.
Overview

Where regulated capital meets solver-driven execution.

A principal signs a CapitalIntent declaring the objective, the constraints, and the compliance envelope. Solvers bid. An assigner (the principal, or a delegated agent) picks the best quote by ERC-8004 reputation, price, and ETA. Execution runs leg by leg through Execute → Verify → (Compensate) → Settle. 1:1 asset backing flows through reserve attestations that gate attested mints. Everything is auditable on-chain.
Capabilities

What Capital Intent settles.

Five objectives

Acquire / exit / rebalance / hedge / yield. The objective declares the basket; the constraints declare the ceilings.

Compliance gates

Reg regime, required KYA assertions, jurisdictions — verified before any solver can claim the intent.

Solver auction

Solvers bid via tenzro_capitalIntentQuote. Auto-rank by ERC-8004 reputation + price + ETA.

Leg-by-leg execution

Each leg runs through Execute → Verify with optional Compensate rollback. Settler releases escrow on success.

1:1 reserve attestation

Tokenized assets backed 1:1 by off-chain reserves. Attestation rotates; attested mints gated by a fresh attestation.

On-chain audit

Every state transition writes through CF_SETTLEMENTS. Reads via tenzro_getCapitalIntent / tenzro_getReserve.

ERC-8004 integration

Solver reputation drives auto-assignment. Feedback writes back into the ERC-8004 reputation registry.

Multi-VM settlement

Inputs and outputs can settle across EVM / SVM / DAML via cross-VM transfer and the bridge router.
